This is a portrait of my brother ( I hope that is ok that I edited the background a little in PS)
I really like this picture a lot, cause he has such nice and confident expression with honest words: "I am always here for you"

The bg work is quite nice, I think.
The White in the shirt is really strong and glowing, yet the eyes miss a reflection,
I think.
And there could be a final tad more sharpness on the eyes, I think.

a bit too bright for me but i love the bluish tone, you kinda cutting his head also, it's ok but not perfect.

Nice capture of the expression....the overexposure is a little distracting.
I would include the whole head.
